Job Summary

GenAI Tech Lead, who will oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions while managing a team of engineers in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and standards for ML projects, making architectural decisions and addressing technical debt
• Mentor junior and mid-level ML engineers, conducting code reviews and creating growth opportunities
• Contribute code to critical components and develop reusable ML accelerators and frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge across multiple ML domains and extensive experience building production-grade ML systems
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable ML architectures and strong understanding of ML infrastructure and operations
• Experience with modern LLM-based applications and proficiency in multiple ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Advanced AWS experience with an understanding of data pipelines and infrastructure
• Experience optimizing ML models, maintaining exemplary coding standards, and building CI/CD pipelines
