Job Summary
Leading the quality engineering strategy for AI-driven platforms, the full-time hybrid GenAI Test Automation Lead will define and execute comprehensive testing strategies for GenAI applications, oversee automation transformation efforts, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement testing strategies for GenAI applications and AI bots
- Coordinate with offshore QA teams on test execution, defect management, and automation development
- Track testing progress and report results to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to QA standards
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years focused on automation
- Strong expertise in Selenium/Playwright, API testing, and CI/CD frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of the Property and Casualty domain and claims processing
- Experience in test automation using Robot framework and Playwright for UI applications
- Proven track record in GenAI implementation and testing of AI models and bots
