Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gender Affirming Care Expert who is a native Japanese speaker and can provide educational zoom calls on Gender Affirming Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host educational zoom calls on Gender Affirming Care
• Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others
• Provide emotional support for individuals going through gender affirming care

Required Qualifications:

• LCSW, Counselor
• Familiarity with the US and Japan GAC landscape
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care to individuals, couples, and families who are going through gender affirming care
• Superb listening skills
• Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance
