Gender and Climate Change Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gender and Climate Change Analyst (Home-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and coordination of project work plans and budgets related to gender and climate programming
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and partnerships to ensure inclusive processes in gender and climate-related programming
• Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and results management for gender equality in climate strategies

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, Social/Political Sciences, Gender, or related fields; or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in gender mainstreaming in climate change/environment (4 years with a bachelor's degree)
• Experience in facilitating and coordinating meetings effectively
• Proven ability to prepare clear and concise briefs and reports for various stakeholders
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is an asset
