Gender Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gender Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct participatory gender and intersectional analyses to assess women's land rights and social norms
• Analyze legal frameworks to identify barriers and opportunities for gender-equitable implementation
• Develop a Gender Strategy and Action Plan, including a Capacity Development Programme for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or related fields
• Minimum ten years of experience in gender analysis and implementation of gender-transformative programmes
• Working knowledge (level C) of English
• Experience with international organizations in land rights or rural development
• Proven expertise in designing participatory approaches
