Job Summary

A company is looking for a consultant to conduct an In-depth Gender Sensitive Joint Labour & Market Assessment (LMA).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of labor supply and demand in nine states, focusing on youth employment opportunities
• Analyze systemic functions affecting labor market outcomes and identify viable pathways for youth employment and enterprise
• Provide actionable, state-specific recommendations to inform program design and implementation strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in leading labor market assessments in fragile or conflict-affected settings
• Demonstrated expertise in gender and inclusion, particularly in integrating GBV risk and disability considerations
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including experience with employer/MSME surveys and focus group discussions
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
• Experience in project management and quality assurance systems for research activities
