Gender Transformative Approach Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gender Transformative Approach Measurement Toolkit Revision Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing MEL guidance and BRIGE toolkit materials to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate discussions to develop and refine a Theory of Change (ToC) that informs measurement priorities
• Design and recommend a revised toolkit structure that includes practical measurement guidance and operating standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in international development, gender studies, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in programs focused on gender equality and social inclusion
• Proven experience facilitating participatory theory of change workshops
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative measurement tools and MEL frameworks
• Strong understanding of regional contexts where the organization operates
