• Manage 30-60 client tasks, defining the scope, budget, and resource requirements for each project
• Produce well-written research logs, reports, and regular client updates that align with company standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' professional genealogical research experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in History, English, or comparable experience
• Specialized expertise in U.S. genealogical research with a focus on Mid-South and Southern states
• Proficient in applying DNA test results to genealogical research problems
• Advanced knowledge of brick wall research methodologies and evidence analysis
