Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer (Genealogy) to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for genealogy data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for large genealogy datasets
• Analyze source data and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose improvements
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs to expose data and services to other teams

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in the genealogy industry
• 1-2 years of experience using Python in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with Airflow and Docker
• Proficiency in Git and experience building RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with data formats like CSV and JSON
