Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Manager (Mid-Atlantic/New England).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead genealogical research projects focused on Northeastern U.S. records, particularly colonial-era
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring they meet budget and client expectations
• Produce research logs, reports, and updates, while overseeing research efforts and maintaining communication with clients and staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional genealogical research experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in History, English, or a related field, or comparable experience
• Expertise in U.S. genealogical research with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic and New England states
• Proficient in DNA test applications and advanced research methodologies
• Genealogical accreditation or certification preferred
