General Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Accountant with 4-6 years of experience to manage core accounting operations across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned portions of the monthly close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Oversee bi-weekly expense recording and ensure accuracy across business units
• Maintain financial reporting dashboards and ensure data integrity between accounting systems and outputs

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive accounting or financial operations experience
• Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-business-unit environments
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals
