General Accountant

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time General Accountant will maintain accurate financial records, support accounts payable, and assist with month-end closing processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Process accounts payable transactions and vendor payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
• 2-4 years of experience in general accounting
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and general accounting principles
• Experience with ERP and accounting software
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
