Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on, detail-driven General Accountant for a temporary role who will manage accounts payable processes, cash management, and month-end close activities while supporting a growing finance team in a fast-paced AI software environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the accounts payable process, including invoice entry and timely payments
- Manage cash activity and perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP S/4Hana
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with cloud-based financial tools
