Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Accounting Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct treasury management activities, process accounting transactions, and analyze business results
  • Ensure financial policies and procedures are followed, maintain general ledger accounts, and perform financial closing activities
  • Manage corporate credit card programs, coordinate with external auditors, and fulfill audit requests

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or 2 years of commensurate experience
  • Proficient in using standard MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work well independently, collaborate in a virtual work environment, and prioritize multiple objectives and projects
