General Adoption Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Adoption Manager to drive scaled adoption of Informed Design across its customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the scaled adoption strategy, including implementation roadmap and success metrics
• Drive cross-functional execution by leading alignment across various departments to ensure coordinated adoption efforts
• Build and scale adoption programs, including content strategy and customer segmentation for effective onboarding and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in product growth, customer success, or related functions
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing scaled product adoption strategies in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Experience managing contractors or external partners for content development
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product usage data and business metrics
