A company is looking for a General Construction Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed estimates for various construction projects, including structural concrete and framing
• Perform comprehensive quantity takeoffs using construction drawings and specifications
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure accuracy and alignment with project scopes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of construction estimating experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Proficient in estimating software such as Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar platforms
