General Contractor Partner Manager

Job Summary

To drive successful installation and integration of audiovisual solutions, the full-time General Contractor Partner Manager will develop and manage relationships with general contractors and project stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with general contractors, construction managers, and other stakeholders
• Generate new project opportunities and position the company as a preferred AV partner in construction projects
• Track contractor performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM and project pipeline records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Communications Technology, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AV integration, construction project management, or contractor relationship management
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project lifecycles
• Experience with corporate AV systems, unified communications platforms, and structured cabling infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
