A company is looking for a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Corporate Secretary and provide legal guidance to senior management and the board of directors
• Manage contracts, compliance, litigation, intellectual property, and employment law matters
• Stay updated on legal trends, develop policies, and supervise the legal team

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and admission to the state bar
• At least 10 years of legal experience, preferably in the software industry
• Expertise in contracts, compliance, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate governance
• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High ethical standards and integrity
