Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel to oversee all legal matters, particularly in complex acquisitions and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all legal aspects of acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating agreements and conducting due diligence
• Manage disputes and litigation, collaborating with external counsel as needed
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including asset purchase and software licensing agreements

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of legal experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and litigation
• Proven track record in handling complex acquisitions and litigation
• Strong understanding of intellectual property law, particularly in the software sector
• Experience managing and mentoring legal teams is a plus
