Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk management guidance to executive leadership on commercial, regulatory, and operational matters
• Lead contracting processes with health plans and state Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Oversee compliance programs across multiple state jurisdictions and manage credentialing compliance for clinical staff

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing
• 3-5 years of experience at a law firm combined with in-house counsel experience in healthcare or regulated industries
• Deep understanding of Medicaid regulations and healthcare contracting
• Experience navigating multi-state regulatory environments
• Strong commercial contract negotiation skills
