General Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a forward-thinking General Counsel, the full-time remote position will oversee all legal affairs, serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and Board, and help prepare the organization for future public company requirements while managing risk in a high-growth healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Legal team to support company growth and enterprise risk management
• Serve as a strategic advisor on legal, regulatory, and governance matters to the executive team and Board
• Oversee corporate legal matters, including governance, compliance, and complex commercial contracting

Required qualifications

• Significant legal leadership experience in a high-growth, venture-backed technology or healthcare company
• Experience as General Counsel or senior legal leader at a company with $200M+ in revenue
• Proven support for IPO readiness and experience in a public company legal environment
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• JD required; strong academic credentials preferred
