Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote General Counsel, the successful candidate will build and lead the legal function, serving as a strategic partner to the executive team while managing legal risks and supporting the company's growth in the AI sector.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, managing legal, regulatory, and business risks
• Own legal support for customer contracts and partner with various teams to facilitate enterprise deals
• Oversee compliance, governance, and legal operations while building a responsive legal team

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly with technology or venture-backed companies
• Significant experience in commercial contracting, corporate transactions, and M&A
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance speed, risk, and business outcomes
• Proven ability to manage multiple legal domains independently
