Job Summary
To support the growth of a healthcare venture ecosystem, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - General Counsel Leadership will provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes while advising on healthcare trends and startup evaluation in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, and long-term vision
- Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, and founder support strategies
- Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare-related areas, including operations and digital health
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
- Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred
- Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems
- Ability to provide strategic guidance to support healthcare startups
- Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
