Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel - Corporate Governance and Securities Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure U.S. Securities Law Compliance
• Oversee Corporate Governance Policies and Practices
• Provide Legal Counsel and Support to Board of Directors and Executive Leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree minimum
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Member of the bar for at least one U.S. State
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa for employment in the United States
• Applicants must have H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status
