Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreman, General to manage multiple crews at various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of employees and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure productivity and conflict resolution
• Coordinate activities across multiple crews and locations to achieve common goals
• Occasionally fill in as a Team Lead or Area Manager as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Ability to manage multiple teams effectively
• Experience in operations management within a relevant industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications may be preferred
