General Ledger Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Ledger Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the accounting team in achieving a 5-day month-end close
• Manage accounts payable transactions and vendor inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Proactively monitor customer accounts and prepare weekly reports on collections

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Collections
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Experience with NetSuite and Bill.com is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
• Ability to work independently in a high transaction volume environment
