Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Ledger Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and perform account analyses to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, and assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide accounting support and participate in ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, with knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software
  • CPA, progress toward CPA completion, or a Master's degree in Accounting is a bonus
