Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Ledger Analyst - Process Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support process improvement and automation initiatives through testing, documentation, and validation
• Explore and apply AI tools to enhance accounting processes and workflows
• Assist in monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, audit, finance systems, or data analytics
• Foundational understanding of GAAP/IFRS and the accounting close process
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and pivots
• Curiosity about AI and automation tools to enhance accounting workflows
