Job Summary
Managing the General Ledger team remotely, the full-time General Ledger Manager will oversee GL processes, prepare and review Journal Entries across multiple ledgers, and ensure the timely creation of financial statements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the GL team in the US and India, ensuring effective operations
- Prepare and review Journal Entries and consolidate balance sheet reports
- Reconcile various Balance Sheet accounts and assist with General Ledger inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2-3 years of team management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in processes and performance
