Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial General Liability Lead Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conduct detailed analysis for investigating claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements
• Coach, mentor, and supervise lower-level adjusters while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 10 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level
• Active adjuster's licenses in relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
