Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time General Liability Adjuster will investigate claims, evaluate coverage, and negotiate settlements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess general liability claims to determine coverage and liability
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and legal representatives
• Document findings and maintain accurate records of claims processing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• State adjuster license as required
• Experience in claims handling, specifically in general liability
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
• Proficiency in claims management software
