Job Summary

Leading a team of claims professionals, the fully remote General Liability Branch Manager will manage client relationships, drive talent development, and promote best practices while ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define branch goals and motivate team performance to achieve high levels of service
• Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Engage proactively with clients, carriers, and brokers to strengthen professional relationships

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 15 years of related claims experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
