Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GL Litigation Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning the proper course of action to resolve claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses within specified timeframe)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
