Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Liability Claims Representative (Property Damage & Bodily Injury).

Key Responsibilities

• Manages an active desk of property damage and bodily injury liability claims under business owner policies
• Analyzes coverage issues and evaluates new loss notices and claim tenders
• Documents claim files and collaborates on setting reserves for claims

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 3+ years of prior general liability claims adjusting experience preferred
• CPCU or other industry designation a plus
• State adjuster license(s) a plus
• Experience in bodily injury claims preferred
