Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve moderate General Liability claims through effective decision-making and analysis
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to client and corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
