Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action and resolve claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• 2-3 years of litigation experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
