General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and adjusting General and Automobile Liability claims, the full-time remote General Liability Claims Adjuster II will evaluate liability, correspond with claimants and specialists, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and determine the extent of insurance provider's liability concerning personal, casualty, or property loss or damages
• Correspond with medical specialists, agents, and claimants to compile information and assess claims
• Create and maintain records and prepare timely reports to clients, ensuring compliance with established guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least three (3) years of experience with insurance claims or related fields
• Comprehensive knowledge of public entity liability claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and claims management software
• Experience using video conferencing tools such as Teams and Zoom
