General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Handling a portfolio of business owner liability claims, the full-time General Liability Claims Adjuster will analyze coverage issues, evaluate new loss notices, and document claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages an active desk of general liability bodily injury claims under business owner policies
• Analyzes coverage issues and evaluates new loss notices and claim tenders
• Collaborates on setting reserves and documents claim files in accordance with established guidelines

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 3+ years of prior general liability claims adjusting experience preferred
• Experience in bodily injury claims is a must
• CPCU or other industry designation is a plus
• State adjuster license(s) is a plus
