Job Summary

Seeking a skilled General Liability Claims Specialist, this fully remote position will manage a diverse portfolio of non-litigated General Liability claims, applying sound judgment and technical expertise to analyze coverage, conduct investigations, negotiate resolutions, and ensure timely claim disposition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of General Liability claims from initial report through resolution
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages by gathering information from insureds, claimants, and relevant parties
• Analyze policy coverage and negotiate fair and timely settlements within delegated authority

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five or more years of commercial General Liability claims handling experience preferred
• Experience evaluating and resolving bodily injury and third-party property damage claims preferred
• Applicable state claims adjuster licensure preferred
• Experience handling GL Claims in the Southern jurisdictions preferred
