Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior General Liability Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will apply claims management expertise to analyze and resolve complex bodily injury and general liability claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, making informed decisions to bring them to resolution
• Interact extensively with claimants and other parties to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in any jurisdiction, with specific states like TX, FL, NY, HI, and RI being a plus
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
