Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Liability Claims Assistant I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial investigations of claims and verify data entry into claims systems
  • Research and gather evidence, including records and interviews with relevant parties
  • Examine, process, and pay claims while preparing timely reports for clients
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • One year of office experience, preferably in insurance claims
  • At least one year of experience using Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Knowledge of handling public entity liability claims is a plus
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
