Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Sales Operations Support Representative II will manage inquiries, process insurance invoices, and resolve agency issues while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phones, chats, and emails to address agency issues and concerns
• Create new and renewal insurance invoices and organize required documentation
• Resolve discrepancies and processing errors while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems and work independently or in a team
• General Lines Agent License preferred
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
