Job Summary
To meet individual sales targets and agency retention requirements, the full-time remote General Lines Insurance Agent will provide exceptional customer service, maintain existing policyholder coverage, and promote additional coverage/services as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client interactions through phone, email, and in-person communications to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain and service existing commercial insurance policies while identifying opportunities for additional coverage
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to agency retention efforts through effective client relationship management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience with a High School diploma/GED
- Active General Lines License with the ability to sell Commercial policies and willingness to acquire additional state licenses
- 2+ years of experience in servicing commercial insurance policies and sales, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with Agency Management Software, ACORD forms, and related insurance technology
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the Insurance Marketplace
