Issuing new and renewal certificates for commercial line clients, the full-time remote Certificate Processor will review, compile, and deliver critical information while providing exceptional customer service to insured parties.
Key responsibilities
- Issue new and renewal certificates for commercial line clients
- Provide customer service for insured parties requesting certificates of insurance
- Utilize agency management systems and software to obtain insurance data and issue certificates
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of insurance experience required, with a preference for commercial lines experience
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work under stress in a high-volume environment
