Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager, North & South America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth and expand revenue from existing customers to meet or exceed targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and account management
  • Lead and scale high-performing Sales and Customer Experience teams across North America and India
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through new sales and customer expansion
  • Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams across Sales and Customer Experience
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles in mid-market or enterprise environments
  • Analytical and data-driven with strong business judgment and financial acumen
