Job Summary
A company is looking for a General Manager to lead its multi-product software business with a focus on revenue growth and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth through channel partners and direct sales teams
- Hire, develop, and motivate high-performing sales leaders and enforce strong operating rigor
- Build executive-level relationships and partner with product and marketing to ensure GTM success
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software
- Significant sales leadership experience with proven success in partner-led and hybrid GTM models
- Experience in owning and delivering against a meaningful revenue number
- Strong bias for action and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and deliver results
