Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager to lead its multi-product software business with a focus on revenue growth and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth through channel partners and direct sales teams
  • Hire, develop, and motivate high-performing sales leaders and enforce strong operating rigor

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B software
  • Significant sales leadership experience with proven success in partner-led and hybrid GTM models

  • Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and deliver results
