General Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager to oversee a co-brand credit card program.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner brand stakeholders and develop strategic visions for the credit card program
• Implement strategies for customer acquisition and program performance, including monitoring and analyzing growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program and relationship management, operations, and marketing within financial services
• Proven ability in client services and managing P&Ls, with strong business acumen
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and leading annual and quarterly processes
• Exceptional project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus
