Key Responsibilities

• Establish a network of event organizer relationships and manage the local sales process
• Hire and manage the initial team in the local market, coordinating with senior management
• Lead strategic local business development efforts and manage market growth through sales and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, operational management, or general management
• Proven track record of launching businesses in new markets or segments
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven decision-making mentality
• Fluency in English and Danish
• Top-notch academic background; an MBA is a plus
