• Establish a network of event organizer relationships and manage the local sales process

• Lead strategic local business development efforts and manage local market growth through coordinated initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, operational management, or general management experience
• Proven experience in managing impactful projects and achieving business goals
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of launching businesses in new markets
• Fluency in English and Norwegian is essential
