Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP & General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own P&L, set financial targets, and manage budget for profitable growth
• Define go-to-market strategy and build a repeatable growth model
• Lead team building, operational design, and customer retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with 3-5 years in a GM or VP role
• Proven track record in building and scaling consumer-facing businesses
• Automotive industry experience required, preferably in dealership operations
• Strong financial acumen and experience owning a P&L
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
